I am a BACP-registered counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling from The Psychosynthesis Trust in London. I am also a psychedelic integration therapist, yoga teacher and former lawyer. I work both in-person in London and online with clients from around the world.

Central to the way that I work is my belief that the more awareness and understanding you have of who you are, the more agency you can develop to build a more authentic, engaged and meaningful life for yourself in the world. This awareness and understanding comes from exploring all aspects of you and your life: your childhood, your past and present, your relationship with yourself, others and the world and your values. I believe that the intentional and supported use of psychedelics can be a beautiful support in this enquiry. I am incredibly passionate about this work as it has been – and will continue to be – my path also.

As a trained CPAT therapist, I offer a safe space to integrate experiences that you may have had during or related to an altered state of consciousness. This may relate to a psychedelic experience or other transpersonal experiences such as through meditation or breathwork. Please note that in the UK, I do not facilitate psychedelic-assisted therapy; my work in this respect is in relation to integration of altered state experiences only.
